External Relations Manager

PT Standard Energy Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and strategic External Relations Manager to lead our stakeholder engagement efforts. This role focuses on managing external communications, particularly with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, and building strong relationships with partners, communities, and local authorities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in representing the company and enhancing its public image.

1. Developing and implementing the company's external communications and stakeholder engagement strategy, with a focus on Chinese-speaking stakeholders 2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including local government officials, industry partners, and community leaders 3. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, and acting as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking stakeholders 4. Assisting with the development and distribution of company communications materials, such as press releases, newsletters, and social media content 5. Monitoring and analysing media coverage and public sentiment related to the company, and providing recommendations for response and reputation management 6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and effective external communications approach 7. Providing regular reports on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes 8. Coordinate work with other departments

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar external relations or public affairs role, with a proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships 2. Ability to think strategically and develop effective communications and engagement plans 3. Experience in crisis communications and reputation management 4. At least Diploma degree in related field
