• Create, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms • Develop and implement effective social media strategies • Schedule and publish posts consistently • Research trends, hashtags, and audience insights to drive engagement • Track, analyze, and report on content performance (reach, engagement, growth) • Collaborate with design and event teams to create visual content • Interact with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and grow online community • Lead event promotion campaigns and influencer/community collaborations • Support live content during events

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management (events or creative industry is a plus) • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major • Strong understanding of trends and engagement strategies across platforms • Able to plan and execute content calendars for brand and campaign goals
