MEP Estimator

PT Jejak Trikarya Perkasa, a dynamic and growing construction firm based in Bali, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MEP Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to support budgeting and project planning. - Analyze project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine MEP work scope. - Identify, quantify, and price all labor, materials, and equipment needed for MEP systems. - Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using estimation software and Excel. - Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage budgets and cost control strategies. - Provide comprehensive cost breakdowns and reports for all MEP-related project components. - Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing. - Ensure estimates align with project timelines, scope, and financial goals.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an MEP Estimator or in a similar role
