NegosiasiCSA computer is a company specializing in Management Information Systems, ERP development and implementation. As our business grows, we need some new staff of Software Implementation Support, to be positioned in Bandung, West Java.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Conduct user training for software implementation
• Assist in the full implementation cycle of software solutions on-site
• Analyze and map client requirements to software functions
• Provide support and problem resolution during and after implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize system performance and user experience
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- S1 education background in Informatics or Industrial Engineering;
- Experience as programmer/system analyst will be an advantage, but quick learner fresh graduates are also welcome;
Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :
Training, Mapping client needs - Good communication skill is a must
- Knowledge in accounting and/or manufacturing applications is an advantage
