Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage life cycle of all functions HR Department.
• Develop and implement HR policies & strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR-related issues and HR best practices.
• Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster positive and productive work environment.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve HR functions and drive business performance.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
