We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operational Staff member to oversee day-to-day activities, ensure team efficiency, and maintain villa quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

-Monitoring and coordinating with the team. -Train the team members. -Regular Inspections of Villas. -Reporting the issues from time to time and resolving them. -Check task completion.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- At least Bachelor degree -Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry - Strong organizational and motivational skills - Residing in Bali or willing to relocate

Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) -Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.) -Ability to lead and make decisions confidently -Familiarity with hospitality standards and procedures
