Warehouse Supervisor

To oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory control, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring timely and safe handling of goods.

1. Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods according to established procedures. Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space through proper layout and storage strategies. 2. Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations. Monitor stock levels and work with procurement to avoid overstocking or stockouts. 3. Provide training and guidance to team members on operational procedures and safety standards. 4. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the warehouse. 5. Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges.

A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
