Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we attract the right candidates for every position. You will work closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Lead and manage recruitment efforts for various roles within the company. – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define candidate requirements. – Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, etc.). – Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit with the organization. – Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. – Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. – Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company. – Analyze recruitment trends and provide recommendations for improving the recruitment process. – Coordinate with HR teams to ensure smooth administrative processes for new hires.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology). – Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
