Engineer

PT. Advanced Offshore Services is a company operating in the construction sector that requires staff Engineer Responsible for the efficient management, maintenance, and performance of all equipment within the organization. This includes overseeing the planning, procurement, utilization, and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness

- Develop and implement strategies for a the efficient deployment of equipment to various onshore locations. - Establish and manage a comprehensive maintenance program for onshore-offshore equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. - Coordinate routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to onshore equipment and ensure that all equipment meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.- Ensure proper equipment Loud out for mobilization and demobilization handover of equipment back to warehouse. Implement effective inventory control measures to track the availability, condition, and location of onshore equipment. - Organize 3rd party labor (if required), collaborate with procurement teams to identify, evaluate, and select onshore equipment suitable for the organization's needs. Prepare drawing AutoCAD (equipment deck layout, etc) - Liaise with team to prepare tools as per client and project requirements- Support Tendering related to project bidding requirement

- Diploma and/or Bachelor degree - Min 2 years experience of project planning and engineering , operation - Willing to travel as per project requirement
