As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue across our various channels. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to develop sales plans, build relationships with key clients, and oversee the achievement of sales targets. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in sales leadership

- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive revenue growth. - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to foster long-term business growth. - Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and key accounts to expand our reach. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, product launches, and market campaigns that support sales goals. - Track and report on sales performance, analyze data, and make recommendations to optimize sales strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. - Manage the sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and close sales deals effectively. - Assist in the development of pricing strategies and product positioning to maximize sales potential.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. - Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets. - A passion for coffee and knowledge of the coffee industry is a big plus.
