NegosiasiWe are a foreign investment company based in Batam and have a newly created position in our Batam facility
for a Production Control Manager. There is a training and probation period for this position.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Making sure production process are followed over all aspect's of production in our facility
2. Report to upper management an issues with manufacturing machines/equipment that affect production
3. Provide guidance to production staff
4. Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
5. Check finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards
6. Any other duties as directed by upper management
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- The candidates must have good qualification in time management, leadership and communication skills.
- Proven record in a fast paced production environment , with a minimum of 2 years experience
- At least Diploma Degree
Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 2. Strong Management skills 3. Mechanical knowledge is desirable
